We meet every Thursday morning all through the year, with the exception of around the Christmas and New Year holiday when the group takes a short break.

Your first meeting is free. Your second and third visits are £10 each to cover the meeting fee. After that we ask you to decide if you’d like to join.

There’s an annual fee of £150 per annum, plus a monthly meeting fee of £48.00 each month payable by standing order.

As long as your friend’s business profession isn’t represented, then friends are welcome – but need to be booked in.

We have had various different types of businesses as members over the years. Business to consumer as well as business to business.  Solopreneurs and start-ups right through to well established multi-million pound companies. View our  member page  to find out more about our current membership.

We ask members to arrive around 6.45am ready to start the meeting around 7am.

Every week varies slightly, but the meeting finishes around 9am.

Bring some of your business cards and a pen.

There’s no formal dress code, but business members wear what they would usually wear to work.

We have a hot and cold breakfast buffet
